Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup White SUGAR 3/4 cup Room Temperature BUTTER 1 Teaspoon Salt 2 Tablespoons VANILLA 2 room temperature Large EGGS 2 1/4 cup 11.7% FLOUR 1/2 tsp Baking SODA
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, using an electric mixer or stand mixer.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, white chocolate, etc. or any combination to taste…
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion the dough into balls and place them onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
I scoop with a Cookie Scoop and then flatten a bit with the back of a spoon
Sprinkle pretzel salt on top prior to baking...

Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
